It is the largest trade fair of its kind in all of Lower Saxony, as long-time Minister President Stephan Weil noted with appreciation—and a major event for the region: the Schaumburg Regional Show (SRS), held every three years at the Stadthäger fairgrounds. The next edition is already scheduled: from April 24 to 26, 2026. Once again, around 200 exhibitors and approximately 50,000 visitors are expected in the county seat—just as was the case most recently in the spring of 2023.
The SRS 2026 will open the evening before the first day of the fair, with exhibitors and public figures in attendance. The fair is once again being organized by the SN in close cooperation with the district of Schaumburg, led by District Administrator Jörg Farr.
