Support and advice

SBZ Schuldnerberatung is a recognized debt counseling center
in accordance with § 3 (1) Nds. AGInsO. Our senior advisor is a lawyer,
, which means that sound legal advice is always part of our work.

In most cases, our advice and an out-of-court debt settlement procedure (
) are free of charge for you, as the costs can be covered by the state of Lower Saxony (
).

Finally debt-free—together we will find a way.

We support you, for example, with

• Clarification of your debt situation
  Negotiations with creditors
  Debt settlement and insolvency proceedings
  Issuance of a P-account certificate in the event of account garnishment

You will usually receive an appointment for an initial consultation within 14 days (
