Debt counseling is not the same as insolvency counseling!
Debt advisors must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of insolvency law.
In a recognized debt counselling centre in accordance with § No. 1 nds. AG InsO, legal advice must be provided to clients in addition to debt counselling.
Unlike so many other advice centers, we do not offer this externally with separate appointments, often at other locations, but we have transferred the management of our debt advice center to Mr. Heinz Krüger, lawyer. He has been working in the field of debt counseling / insolvency law for many years.
Mr. Krüger runs his law firm, specializing in insolvency law, family law, social law, employment law and tenancy law, within our shared office at Bäckerstrasse 30 A in Rinteln and is therefore available (by appointment) for comprehensive debtor and legal advice directly in-house. Because one usually needs the other!
Mr. Krüger is also the head of debt advice and is responsible for our quality standards.
The processing office is managed by Ms. Stephanie Schütte, who is also the managing director of SBZ Schuldnerberatung gUG. Your creditors will be contacted in the processing office, which is also located in our premises at Bäckerstrasse 30 A in Rinteln (claims query / attempt to reach an agreement etc.). Your insolvency application will also be drawn up there if you do not wish to complete it yourself.
