Debt pressure? And then pay a debt counselor? Not with us!
Normally, no special requirements need to be met to visit a free debt counseling service.
You can also seek debt advice regardless of how much you earn or whether you are dependent on social welfare, unemployment benefit or similar.
Anyone seeking serious advice in Lower Saxony should contact a debtor and consumer insolvency advice centre that has been officially recognized and registered by the Lower Saxony State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Family (Domhof 1, 31134 Hildesheim, Tel. 05121/304-0) as a suitable centre for consumer insolvency proceedings. We meet this requirement in full.
The head of our debt advice service is a licensed lawyer and can therefore also provide the included and free legal advice required by the Lower Saxony State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Family as part of the debt advice service.
However, if you have already taken advantage of debt counseling within the last 10 years, which was paid for by the Lower Saxony State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Family, we cannot advise and support you free of charge. However, we will discuss the costs involved with you during the initial consultation so that you can then decide whether or not you would like to take advantage of our support.
In such a case, however, you can obtain a counseling assistance certificate from the local court and you will then receive the appropriate support from the law firm also based in our office, which will then bill the local court and not you. We will explain more about this in the initial consultation if necessary.

Make an appointment, get detailed and individual advice and sleep peacefully and relaxed again. Especially as, while we contact your creditors for you, you can simply hand in any (nasty) letter that lands in your letterbox to us. You then no longer have to worry about it.
In short: you unload everything to us and we do it!
