We will work with you to find a way out of your debts. If required, we will immediately issue you with an attachment protection account certificate to set up a P-account.

You will receive an appointment for this or for a comprehensive initial consultation regarding your debt situation at our debt counseling center in Rinteln within 14 days!

Once you have submitted all documents (invoices, reminders, garnishment orders, default summonses, enforcement orders) to us, we will take care of reaching an out-of-court settlement with your creditors, help you prepare your insolvency application, or support you in debt settlement or in the event of estate insolvency.

As a rule, there are no costs for you, as these are covered by the state of Lower Saxony. We will clarify with you in advance as part of the initial consultation whether you meet the requirements for cost coverage by the state of Lower Saxony. If you fulfill the requirements the consultation and representation in the context of out-of-court debt settlement is of course completely free of charge for you.
